The tool that you can’t avoid when doing private domain traffic diversion — I hesitated for a long time before recommending it

Official website: https://ixiaguo.com

I run a local light food business. Before, when I posted on WeChat Moments and Douyin, I kept encountering all kinds of annoying issues: the store link I shared was marked as an ad by WeChat, and it took ages to open; the QR code posted on the store poster became invalid after being scanned dozens of times, and guests kept asking me for WeCom; the link attached to my Douyin post would directly jump to a blank page when others clicked it, making it impossible to add anyone. During that time, I spent a lot of time manually sharing links and changing QR codes every day for these traffic diversion headaches, and the effect was really poor.

I stepped on quite a few pitfalls at the beginning. For example, I thought a short link tool just needed to be able to generate links, so I randomly found a free one, but it was blocked just two days after I posted it, wasting the copy I spent time writing; also, for dynamic QR codes, I previously thought it was just combining several QR codes, but the group that guests scanned into would jump randomly — sometimes to my backup group, sometimes to a WeCom that wasn’t activated yet, which was super awkward; also on Douyin, I didn’t know to do card-style traffic diversion, so I directly posted my WeCom ID in the comments every time, and soon after, my account was restricted, and no one watched my posts.

Later, a peer recommended this tool, and after using it, I found that it could basically solve all the problems I had encountered. What relieved me the most was that **the links won’t be easily blocked on WeChat and Douyin**, and the generated short links can also use your own domain name, so it won’t look unprofessional like those messy short links; the dynamic QR code is really smart — no matter how many people scan it, it will automatically jump to the WeCom or group I set, and won’t become invalid; also, the data statistics can see which platform the people came from, such as Moments or Douyin, so I know which channel has higher quality guests, instead of blindly sharing everywhere.

The three functions I use most often are all practical and save me a lot of trouble:

  • Short link function: Convert my store mini-program link into a short link, attach it to Moments, and friends can directly enter the store to place an order when clicking, without waiting for a long jump, and it won’t be easily blocked like before;
  • Dynamic QR code function: Posted on the tables in the store, guests can scan to add my WeCom and automatically enter my welfare group, so I don’t need to pull people manually, and I don’t have to worry about a certain QR code becoming invalid;
  • Douyin private message card: Attach a card when posting, others can directly jump to my WeCom when clicking, no need to copy and paste, which is much more convenient than the previous method, and the conversion rate has indeed increased a lot.

I also tried other similar tools before, which claimed to be compatible with all platforms, but when opened in WeChat, you still had to copy the link, which was not compatible at all; some dynamic QR code tools had vague charging models and required bundled additional paid items, which was unbearable for a small business like mine; also, some data statistics were not accurate at all — the click volume displayed on the platform didn’t match the number of new WeCom contacts, making it impossible to optimize the delivery direction. What’s better about this platform is that it’s really stable, links rarely fail to open, and dynamic QR codes have never become invalid; the charging model is flexible, and there’s no mandatory package purchase; the data statistics match the social platform backends, so I can know which traffic diversion method is useful, instead of wasting money blindly.

After using it, I’ve also picked up some practical tips, to remind newbies:

  • After generating a short link, be sure to test it first — click it on WeChat and Douyin to confirm it opens normally before posting, otherwise no one can open it after posting, and all efforts are wasted;
  • When setting up the dynamic QR code, check if each target jump is normal, such as whether the WeCom group is activated and whether the mini-program is still running, otherwise guests will be lost if the jump fails after scanning;
  • For Douyin’s private message card, don’t be too hard-sell, match it with the content of the post — for example, if you post a real photo of light food, the card can say “Add me to get the menu if you want a fat-loss meal”, so it won’t be judged as violating the rules and restricted by the system;
  • Don’t put all your traffic diversion on one tool — although it’s stable enough, keep a spare short link in case of any abnormality;
  • Newbies shouldn’t be greedy for more, start with short links and dynamic QR codes first, and try other functions after getting familiar with the operation logic, otherwise it’s easy to get confused and make mistakes.

This tool is really suitable for many people doing private domain operations, such as small businesses — like me in catering, beauty, education and training, and content creators who need to divert traffic on multiple social platforms. Especially those who need to divert traffic from different platforms to their private domain, such as from Douyin to WeChat WeCom, from Moments to mini-program, this tool can save a lot of time on manual work, and you don’t have to worry about links being blocked or QR codes becoming invalid. Its functions are all practical, with no fancy redundant designs, so it’s worry-free for small businesses and individuals, and the cost-performance is high.
