Analysis of Core Resources and Usage Advantages

Unlike some free resource platforms that are only for personal use, CocoMaterial’s core advantage lies in its free for commercial use attribute. Users don’t need to pay any fees or go through tedious account registration processes to directly download the required illustrations, fundamentally reducing the time cost and compliance risks of resource acquisition.

Currently, the platform has collected over 3,200 high-quality hand-drawn illustrations, covering a very comprehensive range of scenarios. It includes not only high-frequency practical scenarios such as workplaces and campus life, but also niche fields like plants and animals, music and art, tech elements, and cooking and food, meeting the visual needs of various projects such as poster design, web interface building, social media graphics, and PPT creation.

Core Features of the Platform

• Abundant Resource Reserve: With over 3,200 hand-drawn illustrations, it covers most daily design scenarios. You don’t need to spend a lot of time filtering resources across different platforms; just take what you need when you need it, saving valuable creative time
• Flexible Custom Adjustments: It supports adjusting the size and colour of illustrations. Whether you need small-sized elements for web interfaces or large visual subjects for posters, you can adjust them to match different design styles and scenario requirements
• Multi-format Download Support: It offers three common formats: PNG (transparent background), SVG (vector editing), and GIF (dynamic effects), adapting to the production needs of different projects. For example, transparent-background PNGs for web pages integrate better into interfaces, vector SVGs can be scaled flexibly without distortion, and dynamic GIFs are suitable for creating interesting content for social media
• Copyright Risk-Free Guarantee: All illustrations are open-source free resources. Whether for commercial projects or personal non-commercial use, you can use them with confidence without worrying about subsequent issues from copyright disputes
• Unique Hand-Drawn Texture: The illustrations use a warm and personalised hand-drawn style, which can add affinity to design works. It is especially suitable for projects that need to create a warm and vivid visual atmosphere. Unlike generic flat-style resources, it enhances the uniqueness of the work

Applicable Scenarios and Usage Tips

The hand-drawn illustrations of CocoMaterial adapt to various creative work scenarios. For designers, whether matching food or lifestyle illustrations that fit the product’s tone for e-commerce posters, or adding simple tech elements to tech-related web pages, you can quickly find suitable resources. For students, when making course PPTs or promotional posters for campus activities, such hand-drawn style resources can also make the content more approachable.

When using specifically, if for commercial projects, you can prioritise PNG or SVG formats. The former is suitable for direct embedding into design drafts, and the latter is convenient for subsequent secondary editing and adjustments. If you need to add dynamism to social media content, you can choose GIF-format illustrations to make the content more attractive. Meanwhile, since the platform doesn’t require registration, users can save their favourite illustrations at any time while browsing the resource library, without worrying about information leakage or the hassle of account management.
