LuShejiAn online design exchange platform
LuSheji is a platform that genuinely saves designers a lot of hassle — no more hunting around for scattered resources, and you can find like-minded people to exchange ideas with.
Many designers run into two frustrating problems when looking for assets: either the material quality is too poor to use, or they want to chat with fellow designers about creative issues but have nowhere to go. LuSheji brings resources, communication and inspiration together in one place, so there’s no need to switch between several websites — daily creation and exchange can all be handled here.
Official website: www.lusheji.com
In fact, you don’t need to memorise much about LuSheji’s core features — just focus on the most commonly used ones and don’t get lost in the complicated categories. After all, what we want is something we can use right away, not flashy decoration.
When working on UI, posters or web pages, if you want to add some motion effects but worry about not doing them well, the motion graphics section of LuSheji is really handy. It’s full of well-organised GIF animations, categorised by scenarios such as UI motion, poster animation and web interaction, so you don’t have to hunt for scattered motion assets yourself — saving plenty of filtering time.
For example, if you want to add a small pop-up animation to an e-commerce poster, simply search the relevant category to find ready-made references — you can even learn the rhythm and details, without having to figure out how to add motion from scratch, leaving more time to refine the details.
Poor asset quality really holds things up. The assets section of LuSheji has strict quality control: everything is high-resolution source files, mostly at 200 dpi or above, covering commonly used design fields such as posters, illustration, e-commerce and UI. Whether you need professional assets for commercial projects or are just dabbling in creative ideas of your own, you’ll find something suitable.
What’s more, the assets here aren’t just randomly piled up — they’ve all been screened by a review team, so both originality and practicality are guaranteed. You don’t have to worry about running into copyright issues when using them, and can focus on the creativity of your work instead of stumbling over asset problems.
Many people join the community just to post their work for feedback, but the LuSheji community can actually offer much more. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned designer, you can find what you need and avoid the pitfalls of working alone.
For designers new to the field, if you run into software problems — say you don’t know how to use a certain tool in PS, or you’ve mixed up the shortcuts in AI — just post a question and you’ll get responses, instead of struggling through tutorials on your own. Experienced designers who want to discuss industry trends with people in the same field can also find like-minded partners here, and share their own experience so more people can see their ideas.
The community atmosphere here is also genuine — nobody snaps at others, and even basic questions from beginners get patient answers, so newcomers never feel embarrassed to speak up. This kind of atmosphere helps designers avoid many detours and makes creation no longer a solitary affair.
Many designers tend to get stuck in a rut, staring only at the work on their screens and losing inspiration. LuSheji handles this thoughtfully by sharing lifestyle content related to design, such as distinctive cafés designers visit at weekends or creative spaces encountered while travelling.
This content may seem unrelated to design, but it’s actually a ready source of inspiration. For instance, a café’s decor style and spatial layout can be transformed into layout ideas for graphic design or creative details for spatial design. You don’t have to look at professional design cases — places you visit in daily life can add a different touch to your work, so design is no longer confined to files on your computer.
Don’t treat LuSheji as all-powerful — it’s a tool that helps designers save time, not one that does the work for them. Browse the motion graphics library and assets library regularly, and save whatever suits you instead of searching at the last minute. In the community, don’t just post your own work — look at others’ shares and ask more questions. That’s how you can truly make the most of it, rather than using it merely as an asset download site.
